To Whom it May Concern,

Mike Lubin is not just a Broker. I am compelled to write this unsolicited letter of reference because I have just sold my loft in Soho as a result of Mike’s brilliant and flawless guidance, mentorship, tenacity and negotiating skills. Without Mike, it would have been a miserable experience. The sale was very complex and we worked together in collaboration every step of the way. He listened to what we needed and what we wanted. His vast experience in the business, his in depth knowledge of the market, and his innate ability to read people gave us the confidence we needed to make the right decisions every step of the way.

I am originally from the Midwest -- and though I have been here for 34 years because I love the edginess of New York and New Yorkers, I have never appreciated and in fact, do not tolerate a pushy, hard sell approach -- at all. Mike is so gracious and lovely (while at the same time effective and strategic) in the way he operates, that I immediately felt safe and comfortable and in good hands. I trusted him so much I put our family's well being in his hands. He earned that trust and then some.

Mike went way way beyond the call of duty mediating and coordinating lawyers and buyers and our building manager over a long period of time. Meanwhile, while facilitating the closing of the sale of our loft on Wooster Street, Mike simultaneously helped us find a new place to live while we are figuring out our next move. This turned out to be almost as complex as the sale of the loft! Simply put, I will only work with Mike Lubin for any and all future real estate ventures in NYC.
